Twister 03

PLANTAR FASCIA WITH THE TWISTER

STARTING POSITION

Start in a standing position and place the right foot on the BLACKROLL® TWISTER.

EXECUTION

Shift your body weight over the right foot to apply pressure onto the TWISTER and twist the foot with constant pressure left and right. Keep staying in the endposition of the twist for about 10s and then release the pressure. Move along the sole, from the ball to the heel area of the foot and treat all hotspots in this manner. Then switch sides.

Twister 02

THIGH WITH THE TWISTER

STARTING POSITION

Start in a sitting position and hold the TWISTER in one hand using the two gaps at the back of it. Place it on the thigh of the opposite side.

EXECUTION

Apply pressure with the TWISTER on the thigh and twist it with constant pressure to one side. Hold in the final position of the twist for about 10s. Then release the pressure. Move along the thigh treating all the hotspots in this manner.


Twister 05

CHEST WITH THE TWISTER

STARTING POSITION

Hold the TWISTER in one hand using the two gaps at the back of it and place it on the chest of the opposite side.

EXECUTION

Apply pressure with the TWISTER on the chest and twist it with constant pressure to one side. Hold in the final position of the twist for about 10s. Then release the pressure. Move along the chest treating all the hotspots in this manner.


Twister 04

NECK WITH THE TWISTER

STARTING POSITION

Hold the TWISTER in one hand using the two gaps at the back of it and place it on the neck of the opposite side, just below and behind the ear.

EXECUTION

Apply pressure with the TWISTER on the neck and twist it with constant pressure to one side. Hold in the final position of the twist for about 10s. Then release the pressure. Move along the neck treating all the hotspots in this manner.

Twister 01

FOREARM WITH THE TWISTER

STARTING POSITION

Hold the TWISTER in one hand using the two gaps at the back of it. Place it on the forearm of the opposite side.

EXECUTION

Apply pressure with the TWISTER on the forearm and twist it with constant pressure left and right. Hold in the final position of the twist for about 10s. Then release the pressure. Move along the forearm treating all the hotspots in this manner.
